Off all the ways to find this place, it my folks that stumbled upon Chefs Gallery. My pops actually found this spot. He enjoyed the food enough to return and suggested we all join him. Can't disagree with him...
~ Elderflower Gin & Tonic - 4/5
A good balance of Gin and Tonic. Not strong, just refreshing.
~ CR06. Peking Duck Roti - 4/5
Shredded Peking duck with cucumber, hoisin sauce rolledinside a flaky Chinese roti. Tasty, good flavor...probably because of the Hoisin sauce. This is more like a fusion dish.
~ DS04. Chicken Shui Mai - 4/5
Chicken and prawn shui mai topped with tobiko. Standard Shui Mai, done correctly, very good but not outstanding.
~ HN01. Fried Spinach Noodle w/ Seafood - 5/5
Handmade spinach noodles wok fried with prawns, mussels in shell,
calamari, julienned carrots and fresh shiitake mushrooms. AMAZING!!! Those Spinach noodles...I would come here just for those! Delish! Can't say I had Spinach noodles this good before...My new benchmark!
~ HN07. Beef Brisket Noodle - 4.5/5
Handmade noodles served with slow cooked beef brisket and minced beef with diced fresh chilli. So much flavor, love the sauce! Once again...those noodles! This was probably a fantastic dish, but just got out shined by the Spinach Noodles.
~ MD04. Lychee & Mint Duck - 5/5
Our most popular roast duck with lychees served in a light mint and chilli plum sauce (half duck). I thought this sounded strange and didn't know what to expect...sooo glad I tried it! The flavor profile was just amazing. I thought the Lychee and plum would have mad the dish too sweet, but nope! That sauce is one of the best and most creative things I tasted. There is a Gluten Free option available as well!
~ MD09. Diced Salt & Pepper Wagyu Beef - 4/5
Flash fried, medium wagyu beef served in bite sizes with crushed black pepper and a black pepper dipping sauce. Brilliant Beef dish! Love it!!
Even though Chefs Gallery is a fairly large venue, it's a popular spot and fills up fast. There were some dishes I didn't even get a chance to take a pic off. I would gladly return here. Honestly there wasn't a single dish here any of us detested or passed on... -

This place offers very authentic chinese food. Amazing food. Great ambience. Very next to KFC building. At the bar like seating, you can watch chefs making noodles and chinese rotis. It was really a treat to watch them while having delicious dinner

This place is awesome. My partner and I frequented the Regent Place area majority of our stay in Sydney because they had so many different choices to choose from in terms of eatery. We knew it was there but did not try Chef's Gallery until the last night there. Boy were we full of regrets!
First of all, this place is busy. During the weekend, there was no chance we were waiting because the line to get a table was long. This place is pretty big for somewhere in Regent Place.
Second of all, you can watch them make their noodles fresh. It's so impressive!
Third, the food was amazing. We ordered the Traditional handmade dan dan noodles in spicy sauce with pork chop, duck with lychee with a plum sauce, and Prawns fried rice.
My partner ordered the salt and pepper calamari! He specially ordered it, and it was amazing! Everything was awesome. The food came out in a timely manner. The food was also different from a typical Chinese food restaurant. There were some twists to some classics. For the roast duck, they had lychee and plum juice. Not really used to it, but it was awesome!
In the end, we had wished we had gone there prior to our last night. Overall great experience, great service. Will definitely be back! -

Even though I am now 7000 miles away, I still crave the noodles here. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and I think it was the best noodles I've had in a while. They tasted so fresh! The prices weren't too bad for Sydney and it was great service. I will definitely come back here whenever I am back in Sydney.

Ordered the prawn and pork wonton with noodles and some gailan. The wonton noodle dish was great. Super tasty though could've used less salt. The gailan was ok. It was a little over cooked and the oyster sauce tasted like watered down mystery sauce. Definitely worth it if you're feeling like some comfort noodles.
